Therapeutic touch can aid in; self image, skin conditions, improved circulation, improved mood, relaxation and much more. This is a great option if you are unable to receive typical massage due to sensitivity. I travel to you for all of my sessions. In order to receive the 30 minute option you must be within 10 miles of my location. This at times can change and a request for me to reach out when I will be close to your location can be made.

Reiki Energy work is a practice of clearing and healing of energies within your body. It tunes and aligns the flow of these energies and to assist your body in maintaining balance. This work can help improve sense of self worth, mental clarity, overall wellbeing much more.

Group Sessions are a great way to gather like minded individuals and level up as a team.
Group Options:
CORE
3-4 Participants $600 - $800 ($200 each)

We will start in a group meditation lasting around 15 minutes
Then proceed into a group Energy Exchange. This is where the practitioner will conduct mini Reiki/Energy work sessions on each individual while we are all still in our meditative and shared relaxed state.
When completed we will start on a volunteer basis for bodywork sessions. Each session will last 50 mins. Please be aware that the last two sessions will wait two to three hours before they receive their massage session. Clients will go to the therapy room and prepare for their private session. The remaining clients can at that time follow a number of breathing exercises, yoga sequences, or enjoy a foot bath while waiting for their bodywork session. A small listing of the therapist's favorite practices will be provided to each attendee for their self guided practice while waiting. If you wish to provide snack and refreshments that is up to the discretion if the host. This will not be supplied by the therapist. Appropriate waiting and relaxation space will need to be available in order for you to host. Photos or a visit may need to be scheduled ahead of time.
COLLABORATE
3-10 Participants $90 - $300 ($30 each)

The group meditation will be 20 minutes and the remaining energy exchange will be based on the number of participants. Lasting up to, including meditation, one and a half to two hours.
After the session is over we will have 15 to 30 minutes to discuss or reflect on the session as a group.
MEDIATE
3-6 Participants $240 - $480 ($80 each)

If you have a group of people that would like body work and cannot afford the $100 per hour of my typical individual sessions you can schedule a group session. These sessions are 50 mins as opposed to a normal 60 min session. This saves me travel and set up time which allows me to reduce the price by $20 each. The host can decide and coordinate clients' arrival if you do not wish to have everyone arrive at the same time and wait around for their sessions. If someone is late their cost will be the same but time on the table will be shortened. No refunds for no shows.
ELEVATE
3-6 Participants $120 - $240 ($45 each)
Payment due 24 hours before appointment day
30 minute session of reflexology of either the hands or feet. You cannot choose both. Not every participant has to choose the same but each individual must choose one or the other.
