Code of Ethics Agreement for Patients at Essence of Earth LLC

Welcome to Essence of Earth LLC. Our primary commitment is to provide a safe and nurturing environment for all our clients. This Code of Ethics is designed to uphold the highest professional standards in our massage and Reiki practice. By choosing our services, you agree to respect and adhere to the following code:

Respect for Practitioners: Clients are expected to show respect and courtesy to practitioners at all times. Any form of harassment, verbal or physical, will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

Punctuality: Clients are encouraged to arrive on time for their sessions. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session duration to ensure that subsequent clients are not affected.

Communication: Open communication about your health, comfort levels, and areas of concern is crucial. Please inform your practitioner about any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities.

Confidentiality: Your personal and health information will be kept confidential unless required by law. Likewise, we expect you to respect the privacy of other clients and practitioners.

Professional Boundaries: This is a professional therapeutic setting, and any inappropriate behavior or sexual misconduct will result in immediate termination of the session.

Health and Hygiene: Out of respect for the practitioner and other clients, we ask that you maintain personal cleanliness. Please notify us if you are suffering from contagious conditions like a cold or flu.

Sobriety: Clients must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during their session.

Payment and Cancelations: Payments are expected at the time of service. We appreciate at least [24 hours] notice for cancellations to avoid any fees.

Understanding and Respect for Practices: Both massage and Reiki are therapeutic practices. Clients are expected to approach both with respect and an open mind. Any skepticism or criticism should be discussed privately and constructively.

Feedback: We appreciate constructive feedback after your session. This helps us serve you better and address any concerns.
